Ramadan

Ramadan is almost here. What a motivational feeling it is to know that I am getting closer to the Lord of the Worlds. I just love the fact that so many Muslims all around the world will be fasting the same exact way that I am. Billions of people will be able to feel the joy and sensation of this Holy Month. Ameen. I have been practicing my fasting since last year until this very day, so I believe I am prepared to fast this year a little more easily. When I fast I can look at things with much more wisdom and understanding. Indeed fasting is a shield. ALLAHU AKBAR!

  2. Fasting is hard. And it takes a lot to do it for such a long time. Good Luck!

  3. Thank you all for your helping to motivate me. Like with anything else, practice makes perfect, or almost at least. So whoever tries it and strives for the best can achieve my level of fasting. It's no harder than walking four miles, as soon as you want to stop just keep going. I am also glad to hear that Quitina Mack knows so many Muslims. I hope that one day you see the beauty of Islam and fast as well. Ameen.

  4. Prophet Abraham (alayhi salatu wa salaam) saw himself sacrificing his son. That is sacrifice.
